Minutes after Kosovo MPs elected Vetëvendosje's Dimal Basha as Parliament Speaker, a purportedly AI-generated Facebook video used his likeness to claim he was the father of Kosovo's Ashkali community, a Roma-related minority group that has faced long-running discrimination and political marginalization. The video reportedly received more than 80,000 views in under eight hours.

Purportedly AI-Generated Airport Videos Reportedly Showed Kosovo Diaspora Voters Opposing Albin Kurti

The Facebook page "Tana t'zezat" allegedly posted three AI-generated videos purporting to show expatriates at Pristina Airport saying they would not vote for Albin Kurti. The videos reportedly mimicked street-interview footage by using microphones styled to resemble Kosovo television broadcasters Klan Kosova and T7, and were reportedly assessed as highly likely to be AI-generated.

Fourteen purportedly AI-generated TikTok videos were reportedly posted by NoFilterNews from December 6–8, 2025, using television-news styling to promote election and diaspora-mobilization claims about Kosovo's December 28 elections. The videos purportedly favored Vetëvendosje and reportedly reached hundreds of thousands of viewers, and is alleged to have appeared to distort audience perceptions of political support.
