Incident 308: Atlas Robot Fell off Stage at Conference
Description: Boston Dynamics’s autonomous robot Atlas allegedly caught its foot on a stage light, resulting in a fall off the stage at the Congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders conference.

Robotics developer Boston Dynamics debuted it's humanoid Atlas in a demo with another robot, Spot. At the end of the demo, Atlas fell walking off the stage to produce an epic fail!
A "variant" is an incident that shares the same causative factors, produces similar harms, and involves the same intelligent systems as a known AI incident. Rather than index variants as entirely separate incidents, we list variations of incidents under the first similar incident submitted to the database.
