Artificial Intelligence has struck her as well. Safiria Leccese has also fallen victim to a scam---one that involved her personally, without her knowledge. She is mortified about it. In an interview with the weekly magazine Nuovo, the Mediaset journalist recounted how she appeared unknowingly in a video inside the Super partes studio, where she was shown offering an 'easy' personal loan. The scam Unfortunately, blocking it and denying it with another official video was not enough. Many people had already requested the loan and lost money. 'We are in trouble if politicians do not decide to intervene.' A solution? 'Making it mandatory to have a digital identity card to open any type of account, forcing people to declare their real identity, would protect young people, many adults, and the most vulnerable groups.' But how did she find out? Fortunately, a parliamentarian who often appears on her program alerted her to the video. 'By following the Super partes account, the internet automatically showed him the fake profile. They had stolen both my image and a frame from my show, creating a profile that falsely appeared to be mine to ask for money with a very simple system. Unfortunately, within an hour, several people had already fallen for the scam...' The report After reporting the incident to the postal police, Safiria Leccese discovered that it was not the only fake profile in her name. 'The absurd thing is that they found two other fake profiles exploiting my image. They blocked everything, but unfortunately, they have not yet managed to identify the scammers.' Unfortunately, without rules, the use of AI is becoming a serious problem, even among young people. 'According to some research, almost half of teenagers between 15 and 19 use it as an emotional counselor. Let's not forget that some have taken their own lives after being encouraged to do so in chat. There is a remedy for money scams, but not for those that affect the lives of our young people.'
