Description: In late June 2025, Russian Telegram channels reportedly circulated a video containing a purportedly AI-generated audio track impersonating Ukrainian commander Andrii Biletskyi. The audio clip reportedly claimed Ukrainian authorities deliberately avoid identifying fallen soldiers to withhold compensation.
