Student uses AI to alter photos of classmates and creates a catalog of adult content, which he then sells online

At least 400 students from Technical Secondary School Number 1 in the capital of Zacatecas were victims of a classmate who, with the help of artificial intelligence, created a pornographic catalog with manipulated images of the minors and distributed it online, as denounced by one of the affected students:

"At Technical Secondary School Number 1, they uploaded photos of all the young women and boys without clothes, using artificial intelligence. They did it and took pictures of all of them. Several people say there were three boys, but there's one boy who created all the images."

Gabriela Rodríguez, the mother of one of the affected students, asserted that the entire school was harmed by this practice: "Approximately 400 or even more, because it affected the whole school. He had them listed down to the grade and group, and everything was recorded exactly as they were. He even posted their names on social media."

Parents and students suspended school activities and blocked the metropolitan boulevard to demand immediate attention from the authorities. They denounced that the aggressor acted with impunity for weeks, despite several victims alerting teachers and administrators about the harassment:

"The boy would stand outside the boys' and girls' restrooms to take our pictures. He took my picture during PE while I was doing the exit drill outside the girls' restroom," another student stated.

Mothers Demand Justice

The affected mothers are demanding punishment not only for the student involved, but also for administrators, prefects, and the school's social worker, whom they accuse of trying to cover up the case and destroy evidence instead of protecting the victims:

"They locked the boy in the infirmary with his family and social worker, and when they came out, all the evidence had been erased. And in the end, they even blamed the girls, saying they'd been put up there because of them, for wearing skirts, for looking... well, you know, very strong words for the girls."

The protesters expressed fear that the catalog could have been sold and that the altered images of the minors could be circulating without legal repercussions. Network control: "We don't know how far this has spread, and our daughters are in danger; that's what they don't understand," Raquel Díaz stated.

Prosecutor's Office offers support to victims

Despite the protest, the Zacatecas Ministry of Education refused to address the concerns of the protesters at the school. In response, the Prosecutor's Office offered to assist the victims and ensure that the crime does not go unpunished. "Psychological support, support through a legal advisor, the victim also has the right to support, from the moment they file the complaint until it is concluded (...) well, the crime, these are clearly crimes against sexual privacy, so they should report it. We ask them to have confidence in the Prosecutor's Office."

The blockade affected traffic in the capital for several hours. The protesters warned that if justice is not served, the protests will continue.
