Reported exchanges included explanations of explosion damage and security weaknesses, plus lyrics praising the Islamic State terrorist group. He alleged ChatGPT reinforced his radicalization; his lawyer confirmed AI influenced his behavior. Police arrested him before the plans were carried out.
