Minutes after Kosovo MPs elected Vetëvendosje's Dimal Basha as Parliament Speaker, a purportedly AI-generated Facebook video used his likeness to claim he was the father of Kosovo's Ashkali community, a Roma-related minority group that has faced long-running discrimination and political marginalization. The video reportedly received more than 80,000 views in under eight hours.

The Facebook page "Tana t'zezat" allegedly posted three AI-generated videos purporting to show expatriates at Pristina Airport saying they would not vote for Albin Kurti. The videos reportedly mimicked street-interview footage by using microphones styled to resemble Kosovo television broadcasters Klan Kosova and T7, and were reportedly assessed as highly likely to be AI-generated.
