Philip Morris International reportedly promoted a "Your Voice Your Choice" tool that allegedly generated first-person responses for an EU call for evidence on tobacco regulation. The submissions made up 76% of responses and distorted the apparent balance of public opinion. The Department of Health and Social Care excluded them from its analysis.
